They’re very organized .on time /professional /kind /understanding /and explain everything. Dr. Hever is very proactive in Dental Care. He provides you with information about your teeth, and if there’s an issue, he brings it to your attention and gives options for plan of action.I’ve had great experienced in my appointments. Excellent Doctor. I had a very difficult root canal with only a fraction of my tooth left but Dr. Hever was able to save it and crown it instead of going the easier root of pulling and requiring an implant. It required a lot of extra work but he did what was best for me as it was a tooth towards the front. Even with all of the work I had done I had no pain the following day. Definitely recommend.

One of the Best Experiences with a Dental office I’ve had in a long time. The entire Team from the front desk to the Dentist & Hygienist were warm & friendly. My procedure was made comfortable and easy.

I am very nervous when it comes to the dentist also being in a new country. I met with Dr Hever who was absolutely incredible. He understood my nervousness and reluctance being there. He went through everything with me to make sure i had all the information prior to starting any work and wanted to make sure i understood. He really made me feel comfortable before completing any works. We have completed my first visit and it went like a breeze and im feeling great. Dr Hever even called my up to make sure I was doing ok. This is service that you don't seem to get anywhere. Highly recommend to everyone

Your Hygienist is amazing by the way. Great control of her instruments. I could tell she was in places that would normally cause me discomfort and I had ZERO issues with her. She's got good hands. The girl that did my impression was awesome too actually. Made the alginate more viscous and zero issues. No gagging! Love her too hehe

I love Finesse Dental care, they are absolutely the best. I’ve been going here for years, in fact when I lost my dental insurance I made sure that when I was able to get it again that I would be able to come back here. The staff is wonderful and it is the most technologically advanced dental office I’ve ever been in. They walk you through every step, are genuine, and sincerely care about you. Dr. Hever is so gentle and extremely skilled. I’ve never been one to be excited about going to the dentist, but when I come here I actually am. Dr Hever is a very talented dentist. My husband and I have been patients for many years. His staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienists are great and Dr Hever does amazing dental work. I had a crown redone three times by three other dentists and they were all subpar. Dr Hever did a same-day crown for me and it fits perfectly, like a natural tooth. I am so grateful. He’s very precise on filling cavities as well, with minimal drilling. I highly recommend his practice to anyone wanting outstanding dental service.

I have been visiting Dr Hever and his team for about 6 years now and I couldn't be happier. I have had quite a bit of work done from fillings to implants. Dr Hever and his staff are always professional and accommodating, even at times when I have needed to make last minute/ semi-emergency visits. I appreciate as well that Dr Hever understands the value of building long term relationships over just trying to milk clients for short term payoffs. It also says something that almost his entire staff are the same people who have been there since before I became a client. Well done!

Not only is Dr Hever an exceptional dentist, he is also caring and compassionate. I've been going to them for about 5 years, and finally got all the work done that I needed. I got a call the day before asking if I had any questions and letting me know I would be okay and that was amazing. I had no pain afterwards, and incredibly I never felt the needle I had to ask if I even had a shot. I did. I now don't have a problem with bleeding gums or food getting stuck in my teeth which was killing me. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else.

He is technically highly competent and very skilled in his executions. He had placed the most perfect crown on one of my molars, and it was so natural that I could not even tell. This was done one year ago, and I thanked him again today for doing such a great job. It was perfectly sized and placed. I am very pleased with his work. I am even more impressed with his cosmetic dental work as exhibited by the examples in his photographic journal. The teeth are amazingly natural and yet so perfectly crafted. He is what I would consider a true aesthetician and artist in his work. Excellent in my perspective and I consider myself an astute and critical observer. Thank you very much Dr. Hevers. I was referred by a co-worker after a negative experience with another local dentist. Dr. Hever did a great job evaluating my issues and came up with a treatment plan that worked perfectly. My vist was longer than normal due to the backlog of work, but Dr. Hever worked through everything with a skilled, deft touch. It was completely pain-free and my teeth haven't looked this good in years. The office staff handled the insurance perfectly. All in all I am completely satisfied and would recommend Dr. Hever to anyone in need of a fantastic dentist in the Westlake area.
